Service Description
My Breathwork Classes offer the complete experience right in the comfort of your own home. With guided sessions, you can safely release trapped historical emotions from your body and truly connect with yourself. Say goodbye to what's been holding you back and embrace a new level of mind & body wellness. Let me help you on your journey to inner peace and self-discovery through breathwork. Are you ready to let go, breathe like never before, and scream! What are you waiting for? Single sessions are £70 or why not buy a package of 3 sessions with a saving! This particular style of breathwork is circular breathing or also known as conscious connected breathing. Please note: Breathwork practices can be transformative and beneficial for many, but they may not be suitable for everyone. Before participating in a breathwork class, it's essential to consult with your healthcare provider, especially if you have any of the following conditions: Heart conditions: Including arrhythmias, heart failure, or recent heart surgery Respiratory conditions: Such as asthma, COPD, or emphysema Pregnancy: Certain breathwork techniques may not be safe during pregnancy. Mental health conditions: Including severe anxiety, depression, psychosis or bipolar disorder, Recent surgery or injury Epilepsy, High blood pressure or glaucoma. Can cause intense physical and emotional release such as crying, screaming, and shaking. You fully assume the risk and responsibility for any such results. By participating in a breathwork class, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily and assume full responsibility for your own well-being. Cancellation Policy
package of three 1-1 breathwork sessions. Each sessions costing £55 as opposed to £70. Resulting in £45 saving! Customer has 12 months to use the sessions as and when they desire subject to availability. Breathwork sessions will be at customers home or available over zoom if prefered. Due to the personalized nature of breathwork sessions all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. Once you have registered for a package, you will have access to scheduled time slots that suit you. It is up to you to use up your three sessions over the 12 month period. To ensure safety, A minimum of 7 days must elapse between each breathwork session. Exceptions: In rare cases, we may consider a refund if there is a significant medical emergency that prevents you from attending the session. Please contact us immediately to discuss the situation. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. I will do my best to accommodate your request, but please note that availability may be limited. By registering for a breathwork session, you agree to these terms and conditions.
